Chapter 4: Mid-Term Vacancies

4-4-1. In the event of a mid-year Supreme Court vacancy, where there are no previously nominated candidates available, the Executive Council shall publicly solicit applications for the vacancy and select an applicant that they believe best fits the role of TISC Justice. The application process shall be waived if the vacancy occurs within 14 days of the General Assembly.
