Chapter 2: Alcoholic Beverages

5-2-1. Section 1. The abuse of alcohol, as defined herein, by any delegate, serving in any capacity at the General Assembly, is hereby prohibited. A person shall be guilty of alcohol misconduct if he/she:

1. Consumes alcoholic beverages in a location or event officially associated with the General Assembly, regardless of age; or

2. Provides alcoholic beverages to a delegate who is less than twenty-one (21) years old; or

3. Appears in a public area of a location officially associated with the General Assembly while visibly under the influence of alcohol and unreasonably annoys people in the vicinity.

 

5-2-2. Any allegation of alcohol misconduct will be referred to the Executive Director under a policy adopted by the Board of Directors.
